The vision behind The Brooklyn is to bring something completely new to Swords – an elevated experience for all. Inspired by the romance of Brooklyn and New York in the late 19th century we wanted to create a place that captures energy, creativity, a sense of new beginnings, vibrant culture, and boundless possibility.
